Two days ago, after Aquatic Pollution (AP) paper, I got a 5 days break before the final 2 papers which are Meteorology and also Marine Biotechnology. Once after the AP, I went to Ming Star Hotel which is situated at the centre of Kuala Terengganu town to have dinner with my course mates and also seniors.
I ordered Sake Salmon Garlic Fried Rice, which was recommended by my seniors who come here at least once a month. Frankly, it was simply the best dishes that I had before since I have been here for 2 years. The salmon was juicy and delicious, combined with Japanese style garlic rice..wow! Scrumptious!!
And Yesterday, I went to Ming AGAIN!! Yes! I miss the taste so much that I suggested Ming Star Hotel again when my housemates asked where to dine for dinner. Last night, I ordered Tori-kage Udon, which was the second best dish according to seniors.
I'm proud to have such nice seniors because the taste of this dish did not disappoint me at all! The Tori-kage, which was the boneless fried chicken pieces tasted so good!!! And the udon is such a large portion and made me so full where I did not need to have supper last night.
Sake Salmon Garlic Fried Rice -RM10.90
Tori-Kage Udon -RM10.90
Green Tea - RM 2.00
A decent and scrumptious meal in less than RM15, Ming Star Hotel, highly recommended for those who are going to have fun in Redang Island and back to the town after the trip for dinner.
